  1. On Toshiba copiers, while the wrench is displayed, press the Clear/Stop key and the 8 key simultaneously. The code will be on the upper right of the display.
  2. System ID MUST be for the equipment you are requesting service for. We cannot process the order without a valid equipment ID.
